1. Collaborate with the PR Specialist to manage daily press activities and secure product placements across relevant media outlets.
2. Maintain and organize the PR closet and showroom to ensure efficient operations.
3. Assist in tracking press samples on loan using Fashion GPS, ensuring timely returns and accurate records.
4. Liaise with global Communications teams, including the headquarters in Rome, to coordinate sample logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
5. Coordinate samples for international photo shoots occurring in New York.
6. Support the PR Specialist with logistics paperwork, shipments, and messenger arrangements.
7. Manage the check-in process for sample returns from photo shoots and celebrity fittings.
8. Assist the PR Director in conducting seasonal inventory of samples and tracking new arrivals from seasonal buys.
9. Track press placements and compile recaps for headquarters.
10. Support celebrity dressing pulls and participate in special projects and initiatives.

1. Availability to work in the New York office Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
2. Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
6. Passion for Fendi and the luxury industry.
7. Knowledge of Fashion GPS is advantageous.
