1. Assist in the management and coordination of the Hand in Hand special project, focusing on monitoring sales and managing event-related activities.
2. Select and coordinate the allocation of bags for events, ensuring seamless communication with relevant departments.
3. Maintain and update files and documents to support project management and sales analysis.
4. Analyze sales trends, stock levels, outstanding orders, and delivery dates for Hand in Hand Baguettes.
5. Prepare and distribute monthly sales update reports for the Hand in Hand project.
6. Support the Leather Goods team for the Spring/Summer 2026 showroom.

1. Business or Fashion degree
2. Fluency in Italian and English
3. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
2. Passion and knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry
3. Proactive attitude with high energy levels

Beginner level experience in a similar role is preferred.

Degree in Business or Fashion
