Responsibilities
- Provide a positive and professional experience to all inquiries in line with Fendi's brand values.
- Connect with clients with a client-centric mindset and passion, resolving issues through excellent service.
- Understand and implement an omnichannel approach, utilizing phone, email, live chat, live video, and written communication.
- Escalate issues requiring support or resources promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients in accordance with Fendi's policies, procedures, and processes.
- Convey brand awareness, product knowledge, personalized engagement, and storytelling to clients.
- Balance inbound and outbound client outreach to generate sales and build client relationships.
- Drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Share best practices with managers and team members, promoting innovative approaches to resolve inquiries and expand sales opportunities.
- Handle data accurately and appropriately, utilizing tools and resources to adapt to client needs.
- Maintain productive relationships with the retail network.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in the luxury industry, preferably in retail, e-commerce, fashion technology companies, or hospitality.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone, email, and live chat.
- High motivation, energy, and passion for client service and a client-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proactivity and respect for teamwork, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Adaptability to both results and processes.
- Multitasking ability and organizational skills.
- Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and systems, including Salesforce.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Business-level proficiency in English is advantageous.
Experience Requirements
Over 3 years of relevant experience.
