1. Develop relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) and recruit new clients.
2. Coach the store team on luxury services and clienteling actions.
3. Drive new client recruitment through the Fendi Client database and external scouting.
4. Manage and recommend in-store clienteling programs in Thailand.
5. Collaborate with the flagship store to manage private client parlour activities.
6. Support and drive ISM adoption and prospect list management.
7. Coach the store team to promote client engagement and prospect conversion.
8. Provide consistent training for new joiners in clienteling and sales techniques.
9. Monitor client database and top VIP activities.
10. Review client development KPIs and develop new action plans.
11. Follow up on marketing events and strategies to inform the sales team.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Client Development
3. Prior experience in a similar luxury fashion brand is advantageous
4. International mindset
5. Familiarity with local and overseas market situations and trends

2. Strong analytical skills and project management expertise
3. Good interpersonal and interaction skills
4. Strong customer service mindset
5. Excellent communication skills, particularly with international stakeholders
6. Leadership skills to develop and train others
7. Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
8. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Client Development, preferably in a luxury fashion brand.
