Fendi Client Development Manager

- Develop and maintain relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) and recruit new clients to enhance the store's client base.
- Coach the store team on luxury service excellence and clienteling actions to improve client recruitment and business results.
- Drive new client recruitment through Fendi's client database, third-party collaborations, and external scouting.
- Manage and recommend in-store clienteling programs in Thailand.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager at the flagship store to manage private client parlour activities.
- Support and drive the adoption of in-store marketing initiatives and prospect lists.
- Provide consistent training for new joiners in clienteling, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
- Monitor client database and top VIP activities, reviewing client development KPIs and action plans.
- Share client feedback and sales opportunities with the store and sales team.
- Ensure client details and qualitative information are accurately recorded in the system.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Client Development, preferably within a luxury fashion brand
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe
- International mindset with familiarity in local and overseas market trends
- Strong analytical skills with project management expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Leadership skills to develop and train others
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with international, multilingual stakeholders
A minimum of 8 years in client development, ideally within a luxury fashion brand, is required.
Bachelor’s degree
