1. Lead individual sales efforts to achieve performance targets and key performance indicators.
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base using appropriate CRM tools.
4. Ensure customer service quality meets expectations through professional and personalized interactions.
5. Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.
6. Support inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.

1. 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
3. Strong selling and communication skills.
4. Excellent relationship-building abilities.
5. Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
6. Strong customer service skills.
7. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
8. Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
9. Strong knowledge or interest in the fashion and luxury industry.
10. Fluent in English.
