- Deliver an elevated, luxury shopping experience, ensuring Fendi's high standards of hospitality and service.
- Develop long-term client relationships through effective clienteling and understanding of client needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging clients with Fendi's history and craftsmanship.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Utilize product knowledge to educate clients and suggest suitable products.
- Track and follow up on client requests and orders, ensuring timely communication and delivery.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Fendi's current collection and industry trends.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and merchandising.
- Support boutique activities such as events and VIP fittings.
- Build and nurture a strong client base through CRM tools and outreach initiatives.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Knowledgeable about the Fendi brand, its heritage, and luxury fashion trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment with flexible hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for styling and fashion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role.
