1. Provide an elevated, luxury shopping experience to clients, ensuring Fendi's high standard of hospitality and service.
2. Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling.
3. Act as a Fendi ambassador, engaging clients with the brand's history and culture.
4. Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through effective selling techniques.
5. Utilize product knowledge to educate clients and suggest suitable products.
6. Track and follow up on client requests and orders.
7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Fendi’s current collection and craftsmanship.
8. Assist with stock management, replenishment, and merchandising.
9. Support the team in boutique activities such as events and VIP fittings.
10. Build and nurture a strong client base through CRM tools and outreach initiatives.

1. Prior experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role, preferably within the fashion industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
4. Knowledgeable about the Fendi brand and luxury fashion trends.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment with flexible hours.
