1. Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Build and maintain client books; follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
4. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
5. Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
6. Utilize POS system and update customer database accurately.
7. Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
8. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code.
9. Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
10. Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
11. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
12. Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience, luxury retail preferred
2. Minimum High School Diploma
3. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

1. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management
4. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy
5. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
6. Foreign language skills are a plus

Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail, with a preference for ready-to-wear experience.

High School Diploma
