1. Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries to drive business.
4. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
5. Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
6. Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
7. Utilize POS system and update customer database accurately.
8. Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
9. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code.
10. Perform store maintenance functions as needed.
11. Open/close the store and conduct morning team meetings.
12. Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed.
13. Foster open communication with store management and peers.
14. Act as a positive role model representing the brand.
15. Participate in training new Client Advisors.
16. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
17. Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High School Diploma required.
3. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
4. Organizational skills and digital literacy.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail is preferred, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and sales performance.
