Fendi Client Advisor

- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries to drive business.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
- Utilize POS system and update customer database accurately.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code.
- Perform store maintenance functions as needed.
- Open/close the store and conduct morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed.
- Foster open communication with store management and peers.
- Act as a positive role model representing the brand.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High School Diploma required.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
- Organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail is preferred, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and sales performance.
