1. Deliver exceptional, highly personalised client experiences that communicate Fendi’s heritage, craftsmanship and product quality.
2. Drive individual sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs through upselling, cross‑selling and multiple‑selling across categories.
3. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, using CRM tools to curate client journeys and nurture loyalty.
4. Manage customer service interactions to meet expectations, providing professional and attentive in‑person service.
5. Operate the retail management system for payments, stock inquiries, stock transfers and customer database updates.
6. Support inventory accuracy by receiving, merchandising and storing merchandise in accordance with company guidelines.
7. Contribute to store standards including visual presentation and adherence to brand image and grooming requirements.
8. Perform other duties as reasonably required to support store operations and commercial objectives.

1. Minimum three years’ experience in fashion or luxury retail sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
4. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
5. Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with a polished professional image.
6. Organised, goal‑oriented, able to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.

Minimum three years’ experience in fashion or luxury retail sales, with a proven record of achieving individual sales targets and building client portfolios.
