1. Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal client base using CRM tools.
4. Ensure high-quality customer service with a personalized approach.
5. Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database management.
6. Support inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise.

1. 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
3. High standards of personal image management.

3. Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in computer and retail management systems.
6. Goal-oriented and capable of multitasking.
7. Strong knowledge or interest in the fashion and luxury industry.
8. Fluency in English and Dutch.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion or luxury sales sector is required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
