1. Lead individual sales efforts to achieve performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company guidelines.
4. Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base through effective use of CRM tools.
5. Ensure customer service quality meets expectations by offering professionalism and a personal touch.
6. Operate the retail IT system efficiently for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
7. Support store operations activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
