1. Lead individual sales efforts to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with company guidelines.
4. Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
5. Manage customer service quality to meet expectations with professionalism and a personal touch.
6. Operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.
7. Support store operations activities.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Self-reliant, friendly, and patient demeanor.
4. Strong organizational skills and professionalism.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales is required.
