1. Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal client base using CRM tools.
4. Ensure high-quality customer service, providing a personalized and professional experience.
5. Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database management.
6. Support inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.

1. 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
3. Fluent in English.
