1. Lead individual sales efforts to meet performance targets and key performance indicators.
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base using appropriate CRM tools.
4. Ensure high-quality customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.
5. Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
6. Support inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.

1. 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
6. Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.

8. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fashion or luxury sector is required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
