1. Minimum of 2 years of successful retail experience in a similar luxury brand.
2. Strong numerical orientation with a focus on KPIs and objectives.
3. Proven initiative and ability to propose best practices.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication.
5. Team player contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.
6. Proficient in mobile applications and tracking tools.
7. Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
