1. Achieve and exceed sales and CRM KPIs, both quantitative and qualitative.
2. Surpass individual and collective sales targets across all product categories.
3. Develop and maintain a client book to foster customer loyalty and sales growth.
4. Enhance customer relationships through personalized service and attention.
5. Ensure complete and accurate customer data management.
6. Utilize clienteling tools effectively to drive sales and customer engagement.
7. Adhere to internal policies and procedures.
8. Support store organization, including visual merchandising and stock management.
9. Stay informed about fashion trends and Fendi's collections to provide expert advice.
10. Represent the brand with a professional and elegant demeanor.

1. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in retail, preferably within a luxury brand.
2. Strong numerical orientation with a focus on KPIs and objectives.
3. Proven initiative and ability to propose best practices.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Team player with a positive attitude and respect for colleagues.
6. Proficient in mobile applications and tracking tools.
7. Fluent in English; a third language is a plus.
