1. Master and achieve sales and CRM KPIs, both quantitative and qualitative.

5. Ensure customer requests are followed up to guarantee satisfaction, including special orders and after-sales service.

8. Adhere to internal policies and procedures.
9. Support store organization, including VM activities, stock management, and standard maintenance.
10. Stay informed about fashion industry trends and the brand's history and collections to provide expert advice.
11. Share brand news accurately with clients.
12. Present a warm, elegant, and professional image in line with dress code and grooming guidelines.
13. Act as a positive role model representing the brand appropriately.
14. Seek improvements in performance or store organization in consultation with management.
15. Follow safety guidelines for people and property.

1. Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in retail within a similar luxury brand.

1. Strong numerical orientation with a focus on KPIs and objectives.
2. Initiative to seek and propose best practices.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication.
4. Team player contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.
5. Proficiency in mobile applications and tracking tools.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably within a luxury brand.
