- Achieve and exceed sales and CRM KPIs, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Meet and strive to surpass collective and individual sales targets across all product categories.
- Develop and maintain a client book to ensure customer loyalty and sustained sales growth.
- Provide personalized service to enhance client relationships.
- Follow up on client requests to ensure complete satisfaction, including special orders and after-sales service.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of databases and tracking files.
- Master tools for clienteling and act as an entrepreneur in these areas.
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures.
- Assist in the organization of the boutique, including visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining standards.
- Stay informed about fashion industry trends and possess in-depth knowledge of the brand's history and collections.
- Share brand updates accurately with clients.
- Present a warm, elegant, and professional image in line with the brand's dress code and grooming standards.
- Represent the brand positively and appropriately at all times.
- Seek improvements in performance or boutique organization in consultation with management.
- Follow safety guidelines for the protection of people and property.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful retail experience in a similar luxury brand.
- Strong numerical orientation with a focus on KPIs and objectives.
- Initiative-driven with the ability to propose best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team player contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.
- Proficient in mobile applications and tracking tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
