Fendi Client Advisor

- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books; follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
- Proficiently use the POS system and update the customer database.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
- May be responsible for opening/closing the store and conducting morning meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Ready-to-Wear (RTW) experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational and digital literacy skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury retail environments.
Minimum High School Diploma
The compensation for this position ranges from $22-$25 hourly, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
