Fendi Client Advisor

1. Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Adhere to all Top Store Guidelines.
4. Build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients' concerns and inquiries; maintain customer correspondence to build clientele, enhance relationships, and drive business.
5. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Follow all store policies and procedures.
7. Participate in necessary stocking/restocking of the store.
8. Proficiently and accurately use the POS system and other software as required, updating the customer database.
9. Obtain product knowledge, company information, and history; keep up-to-date with company news and be familiar with the competition.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and follow Fendi dress code, grooming, and uniform standards.
11. Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
12. May have responsibility for opening/closing the store as needed, including morning team meetings.
13. Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
14. Maintain open/ongoing communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and other levels of company personnel.
15. Be a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately at all times.
16. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors (product knowledge, store procedures, company policies).
17. Participate and prepare for monthly team meetings.
18. Adhere to loss prevention standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience
2. Sales-driven
3. Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
4. RTW experience is a plus
5. Mandarin speaker is a plus
6. Computer literacy is a must
7. Fashion-forward with a passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry
8. Team player with a proactive attitude
9. Ability to lift boxes/weights up to 10 lbs

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail is required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $19 to $22 hourly, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
