Client Advisor

Fendi is a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its high-quality products and exceptional customer service. The company operates globally and is part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group.

1. Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Follow all store guidelines.
4. Build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients' concerns and inquiries.
5. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
7. Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
8. Proficiently use POS system and update customer database.
9. Acquire product knowledge and company information.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and follow dress code standards.
11. Perform regular store maintenance functions.
12. Open/close the store as needed, including morning team meetings.
13. Assist in maintaining visual standards.
14. Maintain open communication with store management and peers.
15. Be a positive role model representing the brand.
16. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
17. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
18. Adhere to loss prevention standards.
19. Follow all health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred
2. Strong drive for results; goal-oriented
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions
5. RTW experience preferred
6. Foreign language skills are a plus
7. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
8. Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs
9. Minimum High School Diploma
10. Organizational and strong digital literacy required
11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
