Client Advisor

Fendi is a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group, Fendi operates globally with a strong presence in major fashion markets.

1. Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Follow all store guidelines.
4. Build and maintain client books and follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
5. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
7. Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
8. Use POS system and other software accurately.
9. Acquire product knowledge and company information.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
11. Perform regular store maintenance functions.
12. May open/close the store and conduct morning team meetings.
13. Assist in maintaining visual standards.
14. Maintain communication with store management and peers.
15. Represent the brand appropriately as a positive role model.
16. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
17. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
18. Adhere to loss prevention standards.
19. Follow health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred
2. Strong drive for results; goal oriented
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions
5. RTW experience preferred
6. Foreign language skills are a plus
7. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
8. Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs
9. Minimum High School Diploma
10. Organizational and strong digital literacy required
11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
