1. Provide exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals.
2. Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements.
3. Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
4. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
5. Adhere to store policies and procedures.
6. Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
7. Utilize POS system and update customer database accurately.
8. Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
9. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code.
10. Perform store maintenance functions as needed.
11. Open and close the store as required, including conducting morning meetings.
12. Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM and management.
13. Foster positive relationships with store management and peers.
14. Act as a brand ambassador and positive role model.
15. Participate in training new Client Advisors.
16. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
17. Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
5. Ready-to-wear experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10lbs.
9. Minimum of a High School Diploma.
10. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
