- Provide exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals.
- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures.
- Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
- Utilize POS system and update customer database accurately.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code.
- Perform store maintenance functions as needed.
- Open and close the store as required, including conducting morning meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM and management.
- Foster positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Act as a brand ambassador and positive role model.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
- Ready-to-wear experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10lbs.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, with a preference for those with ready-to-wear experience.
