- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements as a Client Advisor.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Adhere to all store guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
- Utilize POS system and other software accurately, maintaining the customer database.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and company information.
- Stay informed about company news and competitive landscape.
- Maintain professional appearance in line with Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
- Open/close the store and conduct morning team meetings as required.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
- Foster open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience with Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capacity to lift boxes weighing up to 10lbs.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
