1. Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Adhere to all Top Store Guidelines.
4. Build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients' concerns and inquiries.
5. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Follow all store policies and procedures.
7. Participate in necessary stocking/restocking of the store.
8. Proficient and accurate use of POS system and other software as required.
9. Obtain product knowledge, company information, and history.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
11. Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
12. May have responsibility for opening/closing the store, including morning team meetings.
13. Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
14. Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
15. Be a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately at all times.
16. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
17. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
18. Adhere to loss prevention standards.
19. Follow all health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience, luxury retail preferred
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience a plus

1. Strong drive for results; goal-oriented
2. Excellent interpersonal skills; effective verbal and written communication
3. Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management functions
4. Organizational and strong computer skills
5. Ability to work in a team environment
6. Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 10 lbs
7. Foreign language skills are a plus

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in luxury retail.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
