- Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Adhere to all Top Store Guidelines.
- Build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients' concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Follow all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in necessary stocking/restocking of the store.
- Proficient and accurate use of POS system and other software as required.
- Obtain product knowledge, company information, and history.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
- May have responsibility for opening/closing the store, including morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Be a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately at all times.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, luxury retail preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience a plus
- Strong drive for results; goal-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills; effective verbal and written communication
- Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management functions
- Organizational and strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 10 lbs
- Foreign language skills are a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in luxury retail.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
