- Achieve all key performance indicators and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales targets.
- Adhere to all store guidelines and policies.
- Build and maintain client portfolios, addressing customer inquiries and fostering long-term relationships.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in store replenishment activities.
- Utilize the POS system and other software accurately to update the customer database.
- Acquire comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about company history and industry news.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Conduct regular store maintenance tasks as assigned.
- May be responsible for opening/closing the store, including participating in morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards under the guidance of VM, company, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and colleagues.
- Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge and store procedures.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail sales.
- Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready To Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes/weight up to 10 pounds.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Strong organizational and digital skills required.
- Flexible availability, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
