- Achieve all key performance indicators and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales targets.
- Adhere to all store guidelines and policies.
- Build and maintain client portfolios, addressing customer concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in store replenishment activities.
- Utilize the POS system and other software accurately, updating the customer database.
- Acquire comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about company history and news.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance duties as needed or assigned.
- Open/close the store as required, including participation in morning team meetings.
- Maintain visual standards under the guidance of VM, company, and management.
- Foster open communication and positive relationships with store management, colleagues, and other company personnel.
- Serve as a positive role model, appropriately representing the brand.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail sales.
- Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using the POS system and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-To-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language proficiency is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Strong organizational and digital skills.
- Flexible availability, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
