1. Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement, upselling, cross‑selling and multiple selling across product categories.
2. Develop and nurture a loyal client base by delivering a personalised, high‑touch client experience and implementing CRM strategies.
3. Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries and accurate customer database input.
4. Maintain inventory accuracy by correctly receiving, displaying and storing merchandise in accordance with company guidelines.
5. Ensure service quality and client satisfaction through professional conduct, impeccable image standards and attentive follow‑up.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail sales (2–5 years preferred).
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Fluent English.
4. High standards of personal presentation and professional image.
5. Strong selling, communication and relationship‑building skills.
