- Exceed sales goals and achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create an outstanding client experience.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to store policies, procedures, and Top Store Guidelines.
- Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
- Utilize POS system accurately and update customer database.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, company news, and industry competition.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform store maintenance functions and assist in visual merchandising.
- Open and close the store as needed, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors and preparing for monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Organizational and strong computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, with a preference for ready-to-wear experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
