1. Exceed sales goals and achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and create an outstanding client experience.
3. Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
4. Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
5. Adhere to store policies, procedures, and Top Store Guidelines.
6. Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
7. Utilize POS system accurately and update customer database.
8. Stay informed about product knowledge, company news, and industry competition.
9. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
10. Perform store maintenance functions and assist in visual merchandising.
11. Open and close the store as needed, including conducting morning team meetings.
12. Participate in training new Client Advisors and preparing for monthly team meetings.
13. Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

1. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
4. Organizational and strong computer skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.

Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, with a preference for ready-to-wear experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
