1. Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
2. Meet or exceed sales goals at the store, category, and individual levels.
3. Adhere to store guidelines and policies.
4. Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
5. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
7. Utilize POS systems proficiently and accurately, updating customer databases as needed.
8. Acquire and maintain product knowledge, company information, and industry trends.
9. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
10. Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
11. Assist in opening and closing the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
12. Maintain visual standards with guidance from Visual Merchandising, corporate, and management.
13. Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and other company personnel.
14. Serve as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
15. Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies.
16. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
17. Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10lbs.
9. Minimum of a High School Diploma.
10. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
