- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed sales goals at the store, category, and individual levels.
- Adhere to store guidelines and policies.
- Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
- Utilize POS systems proficiently and accurately, updating customer databases as needed.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge, company information, and industry trends.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
- Assist in opening and closing the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Maintain visual standards with guidance from Visual Merchandising, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and other company personnel.
- Serve as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10lbs.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
