- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve set targets and KPIs.
- Provide insightful customer feedback on products, especially new launches.
- Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal Fendi clientele using CRM tools.
- Ensure high-quality customer service with a personalized approach.
- Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database management.
- Perform assigned store duties as directed by team leaders and management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and display merchandise according to company guidelines.
- Ensure a safe, clean store environment and execute daily housekeeping duties.
- Adhere to visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
- Adherence to high grooming standards.
- Strong customer focus and goal-oriented approach.
- Good team player with a positive personality.
- Bilingual capabilities, with a third language being advantageous.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operating retail management systems.
- Passion for high-end luxury goods and commitment to retail hours.
A minimum of 2 years of related experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry is required.
