1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve set targets and KPIs.
3. Provide insightful customer feedback on products, especially new launches.
4. Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal Fendi clientele using CRM tools.
5. Ensure high-quality customer service with a personalized approach.
6. Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database management.
7. Perform assigned store duties as directed by team leaders and management.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy and display merchandise according to company guidelines.
9. Ensure a safe, clean store environment and execute daily housekeeping duties.
10. Adhere to visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
2. Adherence to high grooming standards.
3. Strong customer focus and goal-oriented approach.
4. Good team player with a positive personality.
5. Bilingual capabilities, with a third language being advantageous.
