1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance to achieve targets and key performance indicators.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
4. Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base by implementing CRM tools.
5. Ensure high-quality customer service, offering a professional and personalized experience.
6. Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfers, payments, inquiries, and database input.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise.
9. Ensure a safe and clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
2. Bilingual proficiency, with a third language as an advantage.
3. Knowledge of retail management systems.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
