1. Lead individual sales efforts to achieve performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with company guidelines.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base through effective CRM strategies.
5. Ensure high-quality customer service that meets expectations with professionalism and a personal touch.
6. Efficiently operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
7. Support various store operations activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.

3. Self-reliance, friendliness, and patience.
4. Organizational skills and professionalism.
5. Self-confidence.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales is required.
