1. Lead individual sales efforts to meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal client base by implementing effective customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
4. Ensure high-quality customer service that meets client expectations through a professional and personalized approach.
5. Operate the retail management system efficiently for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
6. Support inventory accuracy by correctly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise in accordance with company guidelines.

1. 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

4. Strong customer service capabilities.
5. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
6. Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask.
7. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion and luxury industry.
8. Fluency in English and Arabic.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
