- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
- Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
- Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations with a professional and personalized approach.
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
- Operate the Company Sales Management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
- Support store stock takes and cycle counts.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and ensure a safe and clean store environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 1 year in luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, self-reliant, friendly, and patient demeanor.
- Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management system knowledge.
- Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 1 year in luxury sales.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
