- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by management.
- Provide customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base using CRM tools.
- Implement CRM campaigns and set up personalized appointments.
- Ensure high-quality customer service with a professional and personalized approach.
- Perform store duties as assigned by management.
- Operate the company's sales management system for stock transfer, payment, and customer database input.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock takes and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain a clean store environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 1 year in luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- High standards of personal image management.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, self-reliance, friendliness, and patience.
- Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in the retail fashion industry, with at least 1 year in luxury sales.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
