- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Adhere to all store guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Build and maintain client books, ensuring follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
- Utilize the POS system and other software accurately, updating customer databases.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform store maintenance functions as needed.
- Open or close the store as required, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
