- Exceed assigned sales goals through exceptional customer service.
- Utilize in-house clienteling tools to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Maintain and update client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures, including loss prevention and health guidelines.
- Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
- Utilize POS systems accurately and maintain customer databases.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, company history, and industry competition.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code.
- Perform store maintenance functions and assist in visual merchandising.
- Communicate effectively with store management and peers.
- Act as a positive role model for the brand.
- Train new Client Advisors on product knowledge and store procedures.
- Participate in monthly team meetings.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
