1. Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Adhere to all Top Store Guidelines.
4. Build and maintain client books; follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
5. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Follow all store policies and procedures.
7. Participate in necessary stocking/restocking of the store.
8. Proficiently and accurately use POS systems and other required software.
9. Obtain and maintain product knowledge, company information, and familiarity with competition.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
11. Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
12. May be responsible for opening/closing the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
13. Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
14. Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and company personnel.
15. Represent the brand appropriately at all times as a positive role model.
16. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
17. Participate and prepare for monthly team meetings.
18. Adhere to loss prevention standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
2. Sales-driven mindset.
3. Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. RTW experience is a plus.
5. Computer literacy.

2. Fashion-forward thinking and passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry.
3. Team player with a proactive attitude.
4. Ability to lift boxes/weights up to 10 lbs.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail is required.
