- Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Adhere to all Top Store Guidelines.
- Build and maintain client books; follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Follow all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in necessary stocking/restocking of the store.
- Proficiently and accurately use POS systems and other required software.
- Obtain and maintain product knowledge, company information, and familiarity with competition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
- May be responsible for opening/closing the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and company personnel.
- Represent the brand appropriately at all times as a positive role model.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Participate and prepare for monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
- Sales-driven mindset.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- RTW experience is a plus.
- Computer literacy.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Fashion-forward thinking and passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to lift boxes/weights up to 10 lbs.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail is required.
