- Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Adhere to all Top Store Guidelines.
- Build and maintain client books and follow up with client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Follow all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
- Utilize POS system and other software accurately, updating customer database.
- Obtain product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
- Open and close the store as required, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Represent the brand as a positive role model at all times.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge and store procedures.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
- Sales-driven with a professional presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.
- RTW experience is a plus.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Fashion-forward with a passion for the fashion and luxury-goods industry.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to lift boxes or weights up to 10 lbs.
