1. Achieve personal sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Deliver an engaging sales experience by effectively communicating Fendi's brand story and product knowledge.
3. Consistently meet key performance indicators, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
4. Identify and anticipate customer needs, providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
2. Strong grooming standards and communication skills.

4. Operational knowledge of retail management systems is advantageous.
5. Strong client development mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service.
