1. Achieve personal sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Deliver an exceptional sales experience by effectively communicating brand stories and product knowledge to persuade customers.
3. Consistently meet assigned KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
4. Identify and anticipate customer needs, offering insightful recommendations and exceeding service expectations.

6. Operate the inventory management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database management.

9. Ensure a safe, clean, and visually appealing store environment through daily housekeeping and adherence to visual merchandising standards.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
2. Strong client development mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
3. Good grooming standards and effective communication skills.
4. Passion for fashion and luxury, with a willingness to work non-traditional hours.
