1. Accountable for personal sales performance, engaging in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Deliver compelling sales presentations through effective storytelling, utilizing extensive product and brand knowledge.
3. Consistently achieve assigned KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
4. Identify customer needs and provide insightful recommendations, exceeding customer service expectations.
5. Utilize CRM tools to develop and nurture client relationships, enhancing brand loyalty.
6. Operate the inventory management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database management.
7. Perform store duties as assigned, contributing to the achievement of store operational objectives.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy and display merchandise according to company guidelines.
9. Ensure a safe and clean store environment, implementing daily housekeeping duties.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
2. Strong grooming standards and effective communication skills.
3. Passion for fashion and luxury, with a willingness to work non-traditional hours.
4. Operational knowledge of retail management systems is advantageous.
5. Strong client development mindset and commitment to providing stellar service.
