1. Drive individual sales and achieve performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base by implementing appropriate customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
4. Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations, offering a professional and personalized touch.
5. Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.
6. Support inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.

1. 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
3. Fluent in English.

5. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the fashion or luxury sales sector is required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
