The Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH, established in 2014, is a vocational training initiative that imparts the group's expertise in craftsmanship, creation, and sales to the next generation through partnerships with esteemed educational institutions.

1. Participate in a comprehensive training program in collaboration with Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia and LVMH Maisons.
2. Engage in 1500 hours of training, including 510 hours of lectures, 150 hours of personal study, and 840 hours of internship at an LVMH Maison.
3. Attend Master Classes focused on sales excellence and customer experience in the luxury sector.
4. Complete an internship at one of the LVMH Maisons such as Bulgari, Christian Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, or Sephora.

1. Possession of an Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.
2. Fluency in Italian and English at a C1 level.
3. Sensitivity to luxury and customer service.
4. Basic knowledge of a third language such as Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, or Arabic.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
3. Keen attention to detail and a passion for luxury goods.
4. Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques.

No prior experience required, open to unemployed participants.

Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.

Participants will gain a first-level University Masters and benefit from both theoretical and practical training, including an internship in a prestigious LVMH Maison.
