This initiative aims to impart industry-specific knowledge and skills to the next generation, ensuring the perpetuation of excellence in craftsmanship, creation, and sales.

1. Participate in a comprehensive training program to become a proficient Client Advisor.
2. Engage in a combination of theoretical and practical learning, including lectures and personal studies.
3. Complete an internship within one of the LVMH Maisons, gaining hands-on experience.
4. Attend Master Classes focused on sales excellence and customer experience in the luxury sector.
5. Collaborate with sales experts and participate in store visits to enhance practical knowledge.

1. Possession of at least an Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.
2. Fluency in Italian and English at a C1 level.
3. Sensitivity to luxury and customer service.
4. Basic proficiency in a third language such as Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, or Arabic.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages.
4. Understanding of luxury brand dynamics and customer expectations.

No prior experience required; open to unemployed participants.

Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.
