1. Exceed assigned sales goals and client advisor critical metrics.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships using in-house clienteling tools.
3. Ensure compliance with store guidelines and policies.
4. Manage client books and address client concerns and inquiries.
5. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Participate in store stocking and restocking activities.
7. Utilize POS systems accurately and update customer databases.
8. Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
9. Stay informed about company news and competitor activities.
10. Adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
11. Perform regular store maintenance and assist in visual merchandising.
12. Maintain open communication with store management and peers.
13. Serve as a positive brand ambassador and role model.
14. Participate in training new client advisors.
15. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
16. Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail preferred.
2. Strong goal orientation and drive for results.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
5. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
9. High School Diploma required.

11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
