- Exceed assigned sales goals and client advisor critical metrics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using in-house clienteling tools.
- Ensure compliance with store guidelines and policies.
- Manage client books and address client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in store stocking and restocking activities.
- Utilize POS systems accurately and update customer databases.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Stay informed about company news and competitor activities.
- Adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance and assist in visual merchandising.
- Maintain open communication with store management and peers.
- Serve as a positive brand ambassador and role model.
- Participate in training new client advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Strong goal orientation and drive for results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
