- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain client books, ensuring follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
- Utilize the POS system proficiently and accurately, updating customer databases as needed.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and company information.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
- Assist in opening and closing the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Maintain visual standards with guidance from Visual Merchandising and management.
- Foster open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Serve as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
