1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance to achieve targets and KPIs.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
5. Manage customer service quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
6. Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper merchandise display and storage.
9. Maintain a safe, clean store environment and perform daily housekeeping duties.
10. Ensure proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.

2. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
3. Customer-focused with a goal-oriented approach.
4. Team player with a positive personality.
5. Bilingual, with a third language as an advantage.
6. Knowledge of operating retail management systems.

A minimum of 3 years in a related field within the fashion or high-end luxury industry is required.
